This is a new twist on an old phishing scheme - The Nigerian Letter. Whenever I receive one of those Nigerian Letters (and other iterations) I always forward them to the FBI with a cc to the originator. You can check out how to report these to the FBI here: FBI Common Fraud Schemes.

In case you don't know who Robert S. Mueller, III is, he is THE Head of the FBI. Seriously, does the head of the FBI have time to be sending e-mails out to everyone? This is some pretty funny stuff. I just hope there aren't people out there stupid enough to fall for this phony kind of e-mail. In case there are - this is notice - you have been warned!
